Mr. Wells has worked in the construction industry since 1989 where he began his career as a pre-apprentice working for Beard at Texas Instruments. Mr. Wells made the acquisition of Beard in 2004 in an effort to grow and diversify the organization. In 2014, in an effort to continue to diversify the footprint of the Beard organization, Mr. Wells sold the organization to TCRG but remained as the company’s President. Currently, Mr. Wells continues to lead the strategic initiative of the Beard organization while helping to support additional efforts within the TCRG companies. Mr. Wells graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in business, political science, and foreign language. Mr. Wells also is a member of several trade affiliations and currently works with several local community & charitable organizations.

Mr. Wells enjoys time spent with his family, traveling and playing golf.

Dale Booth

Dale joined Beard Integrated Systems in 2017 as CFO and COO and is responsible for implementing and overseeing the operational and financial processes and controls that help us deliver outstanding results for our customers and key stakeholders. Dale has over 35 years of experience serving in leadership roles in the technology and field service industries. As SVP and COO, he led Fujitsu Network Communications growth and performance enhancement initiatives that resulted in revenue growth from $30M to $2.2B over a 14-year period. He is also a Managing Director of TurnPoint Advisors, a management strategy and advisory firm he founded in 2009 to help Private Equity Firms enhance shareholder value. Prior to TurnPoint, Dale was CEO of NextiraOne, an Information Technology software and services business that he helped grow to $650M in annual revenue and culminated in a successful sale to BlackBox. Prior to NextiraOne, He served as EVP and CIO of $2.8B Daisytek International. Dale’s career reflects a demonstrated track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives, driving execution of strategic alternatives, and executing M&A integrations and divestitures. He has served on the board of 9 public and private technology companies including, Intrusion (INTZ), Daisytek (DZTK), Riverstone Networks (RSTN, acquired by Lucent), Linesider Technology (acquired by Cisco), Telcove (acquired by Level 3), Alliance Systems (acquired by Unicom), Virgin Islands Telephone (acquired by RTFC), and Bell Industries (BLLI), where he helped launch the IT managed service business rebranded as Bell Techlogix, and the Ursuline Academy Foundation. Booth’s board committee roles have included Audit, Compensation, M&A, Nominating and Governance.Dale earned his undergraduate engineering degree with honors from DeVry University and completed his educational studies at Wharton and the University of Chicago. Mr. Booth is a NACD, Board Leadership Fellow.

Dale and his wife of 35 years enjoy traveling and outdoor adventures. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking, hunting, and exploring. He golfs at least twice a year to keep his game in top shape.

Ed Filla

Ed has been in the Electrical industry for more than 20 years and holds a Texas Journeyman license. Ed started his career as an Apprentice Electrician and attended the IEC Apprentice School in Austin, TX while he worked his way up through the field and gained extensive knowledge of the Electrical industry. During Ed’s career he has worked in all aspects of the industry including estimating, project management, service manager, director of operations, and he now holds the position of Electrical Vice President for Beard. Over the years, Ed has gained extensive knowledge and experience in greenfield sites, commercial buildings, large scale data centers, semiconductor facilities, large industrial automation, and oil & gas projects.

In Ed’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Adria and their kids. Ed also enjoys spending quality time with his two sons by competing in BBQ cook-offs and going hunting/fishing.

Curt Webb

Curt has been in the piping industry for 35 years. During High school, he attended Carrol County Vocational Technical Institute where he received his welding certification in both SMAW and TIG. Curt has worked in all facets of the trade and from many different sides of the business from the owner to the contractor. He started his career with Beard in 2002 as a welder and since has worked on all aspects of our business, project management, business development, estimating, business unit management and now VP of operations. Curt’s specialty is Advanced Technology projects from greenfield sites to tool installations. Curt was a part of the team that built and installed the first 300MM water facility in the United States.

Curt and his wife Stacey own and operate a cattle ranch in east Texas where they raise grass-fed grass-finished Angus and Akaushi beef along with American Quarter Horses. Curt also enjoys cooking, horseback riding and competing in Quarter Horse events. Kathryn Rausch

Kathryn has worked in the construction industry for more than 19 years, with prior experience in the engineering and service industries. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Kathryn’s work experience includes financial statement preparation and analysis, cash management, budget preparation, job cost accounting, payroll, audit, and tax.

Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children’s’ extracurricular activities and sporting events. She volunteers her time at local schools and with local community outreach programs. She also enjoys playing tennis, golf, snow skiing, coaching soccer and traveling with family and friends.

David Henderson Jr.

David started in the construction field at 18 years old. This is his 25th year in the industry and he has been with Beard over 10 years. Still currently keeps all weld certifications from SMAW to GTAW. His first 15 years were all heavy industrial until kids started school and he returned to Texas.

Family comes first above all else. He also enjoys doing woodwork on the side when time allows.

Jack Lumus

Jack began his career as a Pipefitter in the Texas Petro-Chemical Industry over 29 years ago, working on large Capital Projects before transitioning into the Semiconductor Industry in 1995. From 1995 to 2000 Jack worked as an Equipment Modification Specialist at multiple semiconductor sites in the Austin area, where he worked with tool owners to upgrade their tools and equipment. Through this experience Jack developed relationships with industry leading Constructors and became a highly sought after Construction Manager. In the years that followed, Jack has been part of the Project Management and Project Controls Teams on the largest Semiconductor Projects in the nation, specializing in Pipe Fabrication, Tool-Install and MEP systems.With an unwavering dedication to safety, Jack is committed to meeting or exceeding your project expectations in terms of time, cost and quality.Jack enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, hunting and fishing.

James M. Cioffa

Mr. Cioffa has worked in the construction industry since 1975 when he began his career at his Grandfathers Union Plumbing & Heating Shop James J. Hickey Inc. He served a 5-year apprenticeship with UA Local 273 Oswego (now UA Local 81). He has worked in most of the Nuclear Power Plant thought out the Northeast. He has worked on the Road since 2000 at several Large Projects as a Foremen & General Forman. Most notably at IMT-Flash in Lehi Utah & Mystic Powerhouse in Boston. In 2011 he Transferred Locals to UA Local 773 Glens Falls, NY. He spent 9 years at Global Foundries in Malta, NY as a Piping Superintendent. He joined Beard in 2019 as Advanced Technologies Material Controller and is currently working on the Texas Instruments SM-1 Project & RFAB2. He has helped in Establishing the New Warehouse & Fab Shop in Plano Texas.

Jim has 5 Daughters and 5 grandchildren plus one more on the way. He enjoys cooking for his Family when he gets back home in upstate N.Y.

Benny Montoya

Benny has been in the pipe fitting/welding industry for over 25 years. Benny began his career right out of high school and has worked in many facets of this industry. Some of the roles he has taken on include; Pipe Fitter, Welder and Manager.

Benny and his family live locally in the Dallas area and enjoy spending their time outdoors. Their hobbies include fishing (both fresh and salt water), cooking for the family or big gatherings (from seafood/crawfish boils to large BBQs) and hunting both small and large game.

Charles Morton

Charles has worked in the construction for 20 years with 10 years in the trade as a welder/ fitter. He has worked all over the DFW area with 4 years at Miller Brewery.

Charles has raised 3 girls and enjoys hunting and fishing along with traveling from coast to coast.

James “JD” Dunn

JD has worked in the Construction Industry for 40 years in the electrical trade; helping build Nuclear and Coal Generating Plants, Semiconductor, large Conveyor and Commercial projects. This experience has allowed JD to gain great knowledge with years of experience in Supervision, Project Management, Job Costing and Procurement. He excels at assisting team members in achieving great success on all projects.

JD and his wife Darby own and operate D BAR Cattel CO, being a Seedstock producer of Registered Black Simmental and Sim-Angus cattle. JD also enjoys being outdoors hunting or team roping with his friends, but for now most of his free time is spent with his new grandson Snider who was born in July 2019.

John Pickett Jr.

He has two kids, his son worked in the trade and his daughter is looking forward to going to college and becoming a detective. He enjoys hunting, fishing and horses.
