Today we want to recognize the extraordinary actions of several Beard team members who exemplified teamwork, professionalism, and compassion during a critical incident in the Fab area in the fall of 2025.
Jesus Flores, Wilbet Ulises Adane Vazquez, Patricio Trevino, Edrick Hall, Tyress Wilson, and Jorge Alonso Flores acted quickly and selflessly to assist an injured colleague—securing the area, controlling bleeding, coordinating emergency response, and ensuring a safe transfer to medical care.
Their calm under pressure, commitment to safety, and “Beard One” mindset made a life-saving difference. We are incredibly proud of their actions and grateful to have team members who consistently do the right thing when it matters most.
